1. Application
For three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage of 40.5kV distribution system, as the acceptance and
distribution of electric energy. Dual-bus structure can be derived products.
Equipment using angles and bending steel plates welded together. Configurable ZN12-40.5 and
ZN72-40.5 type, such as vacuum circuit breakers, circuit breakers for the fixed installation.
Protection class IP2X, has reliable mechanical interlock to prevent misuse function.
2. Environmental Conditions
1) Ambient temperature:-10°C-+40°C;
2) Altitude: high voltage ≤1000Meter, low voltage ≤2500Meter (technical department will design
specially if exceeds);
3) Relative humidity:≤85%
4) Seismic intensity:≤ magnitude 8;
5) Apply to the places have no fire,no explosion danger, no serious pollution,no chemical corrosion
and no violent vibration.

XGN17-12 medium voltage switchgear is mainly used as reception and distribution of power supply
of 3.6- 12KV, 3 Phase AC, 50Hz indoor system.It is specially applied to cases where frequent operations
are needed. The main switch applies ZN28A-12 segmental type vacuum circuit breaker with Cd10 electro
magnetic operational mechanics, CT8/CT19A (B) spring operational mechanics, ZN28-12 series integral
vacuum breaker (with CD17 Electromagnetic Operational mechanics, CT17/CT19 spring operational
mechanics) or applies ZN63-12(VS1) vacuum circuit breaker. Isolation switch applies GN30-10 rotating
style and GN22-10 high current isolation switch.
