Product Description
S11 full-sealed oil-immersed power transformer developed by the company has the advantages of low loss,low noise and high efficiency and can achieve good energy-saving effect and reduce pollution.
Compared with common oil-immersed transformer ,it is unnecessary for full-sealed transformer to be equipped with oil conservator and change in oil volume is automatically adjusted and compensated by elasticity of corrugated sheet of corrugated tank , and transformer is isolated from air to prevent and slow down oil degrading and insulation aging, enhance operational reliability, with normal operation and no maintenance.
Features & Advantages
1. Product maintenance is simple.
2. The low voltage is wound by copper foil, so that the electric field of the transformer is evenly distributed. The low-voltage inner frame is formed by forming a hard paper tube, and the high-voltage outer half-layer is layered with a layer of glass adhesive tape. The compacting block is laminated wood. The mechanical strength of the transformer and the vacuum oil injection of the transformer can completely eliminate the air bubbles in the coil, thereby improving the overall resistance of the transformer to sudden short circuit.
3. The box is made of stainless steel bolts for a beautiful appearance.
4. The fuel tank adopts a fully sealed oil tank to isolate the transformer oil from the air, slow down the aging of the transformer oil, and the molded parts are molded parts to enhance the reliability of the transformer seal.
Application
This product is widely used in urban and rural power grid construction and renovation projects. This product is especially suitable for areas where there is insufficient power and load fluctuations and where daily maintenance is difficult. Because the transformer adopts a fully sealed structure to prevent the transformer oil from coming into contact with the air, it can operate in a humid environment and is an ideal power distribution equipment in urban and rural distribution networks

working conditions
1. The maximum ambient air temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃, and the minimum shall not below - 25 ℃;
2. The altitude shall not exceed 1000m. If special customized transformers and low-voltage components are used, the altitude can reach 4000m;
3. The vertical inclination is no more than 5 °, and no violent vibration and impact;
4. The air humidity is not more than 90% (+ 25 ℃);
5. No gas and conductive dust that will seriously affect the insulation of transformer, no explosion hazard and corrosion of electrical components;
6. Outdoor wind speed shall not exceed 35m / s.
7. If service conditions beyond the above, specially customized product is available.
